Staff Transitioning Day

On Sunday, May 24, the sisters held a transitional party honoring Sister Cabrini and her former and current staff—Sisters Rachel, Audrey, Regina, Christine, Ginger, Elizabeth, Gabriel, and Maria, and welcoming Sister Maria as their new prioress. The committee, consisting of Sisters Kimberly, Jo Ann, Macrina, Stephanie, and Madeline Bariola hosted the party. A festive dinner was followed by a prayer service and entertainment in the Chapter Room. Each sister being honored received a gift commemorating her service, and special guests—Mother Perpetua (Sister Madeline Clifton), St. Benedict (Sister Pierre), St. Scholastica (Sister Delores Vincent Bauer), and St. Gertrude (Sister Rosalie) offered words of thanks and wisdom to the community.
