47th World Day of Prayer for Vocations
On Sunday, April 25, just prior to evening praise, the sisters held an observance for World Day of Prayer for Vocations. The theme of the prayer service was Nurturing the Seed. As our list of vocation contacts was read aloud, a member of the Vocation Committee came forth to plant five flower seeds in each of five flower pots. The seeds represent each of our vocation contacts. At the end of the service, five sisters came forward to claim a flower pot. These sisters will nurture the seeds with prayer and love.
