National Catholic Sisters Week 2026

During National Catholic Sisters Week, March 8-14, 2026, we’re celebrating not only the legacy of our Benedictine Sisters, but the necessary core of stories that are full of hope and heart. Without the hope of their calling, without a heart of love and obedience, our Benedictine Sisters might never have moved from their motherhouse in 1879 to the little cabin in Shoal Creek. They might have lost all heart during years of poverty and hard manual labor with few resources had they not had hope in their faith. Sisters from other congregations with different backgrounds and missions will be sharing their stories of hope and heart through videos and posts on social media as well. We join these communities in sharing all God has done for St. Scholastica and through the Sisters over the last 147 years. 

As with last year, our Sisters would enjoy hearing from anyone who has been touched by their influence.
